Location: Pali, Barmer or Tonk in Rajasthan (or willing to relocate)

Salary: 6 lacs per year

Contract: 6-Month Consultancy (extension contingent on performance)

About the Role:

Ansh and Sahaj Sansthan are seeking Program Coordinators to help build and manage newborn care programs in multiple districts of Rajasthan. This critical role involves coordinating with health and government stakeholders, managing a team of nurses, tracking program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with government and local bodies.

Prepare nurse shift rosters and manage the nursing team.

Track critical cases and ensure proper discharge and follow-up.

Oversee inventory and infection control.

Ensure accurate documentation and data management.

Qualifications:

Masters in Social Work/Social Science/Public Health and Bachelors in Nursing.

3+ years in maternal or child health programs.

Experience with data-driven NGOs.

Proficiency in Hindi.
