- Post Graduation in Social Work or any related field.
- Design and implement programs that develop self-confidence and enhance vocabulary skills in school children.
- Develop and deliver interventions that strengthen the numerical abilities among the school children.
- Design and develop relevant curriculum and sessions on different subjects such as hesitancy and shyness, Reasoning and Numerical abilities, Language etc.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to capacitate the school children as well as the guardians.
- Develop project implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all project activities are executed as per the plan.
- Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within the budget.
- Assign tasks to team members and track their progress.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress and outcomes.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and community members.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
- Work closely with community members to understand their needs and ensure their active participation in project activities.

Pay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
