Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Associate at Sanjhi Sikhiya located in Sirhind. The Program Associate will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to program management, including coordinating activities, conducting research, analyzing data, and communicating with stakeholders. The Program Associate will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong program management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners
- Analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data for program evaluation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information and ideas clearly
- Research skills to gather information, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the education sector or with youth development programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Social Sciences, or Public Administration
