Job Position: Program Associate - cum - MasterTrainer

Locations: Goa

No. of Position: 1

CTC: 3.00 LPA - 4.50 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

BharatCares is seeking a motivated and skilled Program Associate cum Master Trainer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role requires a dedicated professional with a passion for training, capacity building, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, providing ongoing support to associate trainers, and managing relationships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation and reporting skills, and be prepared to travel extensively as part of the role.

Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions for associate trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver content effectively.

Act as a Master Trainer, equipping yourself with comprehensive knowledge of the content to lead Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions.

Develop and deliver effective training materials and programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associate trainers.

Implementation Support:

Provide handholding support to trainers and the team for the implementation of projects.

Offer continuous guidance and assistance to ensure successful project execution.

Capacity Building:

Lead capacity-building initiatives for the team to enhance their competencies and performance.

Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including educational institutions, trainers, and community partners.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Represent BharatCares in stakeholder meetings and discussions, presenting project updates and outcomes.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of training activities, project progress, and outcomes.

Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on training sessions, project implementation, team performance, and stakeholder interactions.

Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for team members and stakeholders.

Team Management:

Handle team performance monitoring, ensuring that trainers are meeting their goals and delivering high-quality training.

Address and resolve any team queries or concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

Facilitate team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Training, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in an NGO or educational setting.
  • Strong training, facilitation, and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Kokani is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Experience in capacity building, performance monitoring, and team development.
  • Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and project management.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and build effective relationships.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
  • Must have a personal laptop for work purposes.
  • Willingness to engage in extensive travel, often accompanied by another trainer.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving project goals.
