Position Overview

Kapable is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Program Advisor with excellent English proficiency (spoken), effective communication skills, and the ability to understand the needs of our customers. Join our team and be part of a rapidly growing company that aims to transform the lives of individuals through innovative learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate fluently with our existing and prospective customers, understand their expectations from our program and advise them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with and manage the leads generated by the team.
  • Reach out to potential customers, understand their needs & expectations and explain how our program will cater to those needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls, including follow-ups and feedback, using provided databases.
  • Arrange counselling sessions between potential customers and Kapable's training team.
  • Implement timely follow-ups to progress prospects from initial contact to qualified leads via phone communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Keep learners informed about product/content updates and new features.
  • Utilise effective behavioural tactics to answer the queries of learners and successfully convert prospective learners into enrolled students.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse learner profiles.
  • Openness to feedback, commitment to continuous improvement, and collaborative spirit.
  • Structured thought processes, collaboration skills across diverse teams, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in English, MS Office, and Google Suite, with the ability to understand and articulate value proposition and customer ROI
  • Bonus points if you enjoy playing cricket or engaging in Bollywood trivia on the sideline!
