Professor Operations (Research/Teaching Track)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor Operations (Research/Teaching Track) at Woxsen University located in Hyderabad. The Professor Operations will be responsible for conducting research in the field of operations management, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, supervising student research projects, and actively participating in academic and administrative activities.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Proven track record of scholarly publications in top-tier journals
• Strong teaching abilities and experience in teaching operations management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment
• Experience in industry or consulting is a plus
