Teaching and Curriculum Delivery
-- Deliver lectures and tutorials in Fashion Design and related subjects.
Target: Achieve 90% student satisfaction in course delivery.
- Prepare and update teaching materials regularly.
Measurement: Student feedback and course evaluation surveys.
- Ensure the curriculum is aligned with industry standards and trends.
Target: Complete 100% of the curriculum as per the academic schedule.
Measurement: Curriculum audit reports.
Professional Development
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay updated with the latest developments in Fashion Design.
Target: Participate in at least one professional development activity per year.
- Pursue additional certifications relevant to Fashion Design.
Measurement: Professional development records and certifications.
Research and Practical Exposure
- Conduct research in Fashion Design and publish findings in reputed journals.
Target: Publish at least two research papers per year.
- Integrate practical exposure into teaching through projects, internships, and industry collaborations.
Measurement: Research publication records and practical session evaluations.
Student Mentorship and Support
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
Target: Conduct monthly mentorship sessions with students.
- Guide students in their design projects and practical assignments.
Measurement: Student progress reports and feedback.
Assessment and Evaluation
- Develop and grade assessments, assignments, and exams in a timely manner.
Target: Ensure 100% on-time submission of grades and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve.
Measurement: Assessment submission logs and student feedback.
Collaboration and Industry Engagement
- Collaborate with fashion industry professionals to integrate practical insights into the curriculum.
Target: Organize at least two guest lectures or industry visits per semester.
- Foster partnerships with industry for student placements and internships.
Measurement: Industry partnership agreements and internship placement records.
Event Organization and Management
- Organize and manage fashion shows, events, and exhibitions to showcase student work.
Target: Successfully organize at least one major fashion event per semester.
- Engage students in event planning and execution to enhance their practical skills.
Measurement: Event participation records and feedback.
Educational Qualifications
M.Sc or M.Phil in Fashion Design or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in delivering Fashion Design qualifications.
Preferred: Experience in organising fashion events and shows.
