Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer with expertise in CCA (Copper Conductor Assembly), tanking, dispatch, and winding processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production engineering within the transformer manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of CCA, tanking, dispatch, and winding processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- CCA Management: Oversee the assembly and quality control of copper conductors, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
- Tanking Operations: Coordinate tanking processes, ensuring timely execution and adherence to design requirements for transformer integrity.
- Dispatch Coordination: Manage the dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of finished products, maintaining communication with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Winding Processes: Supervise and optimize winding operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in coil assembly.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production process to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to production processes for increased efficiency, reduced waste, and enhanced product quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production flow.
