Electronics Systems and Devices is looking for Production Testing and Supervision Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Vendor Sourcing and Qualification: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors capable of providing MRO supplies, electronic components, and related services. Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and qualification processes to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
RFQ and Bid Management: Manage the request for quotation (RFQ) process for MRO and electronic components. Issue RFQs to suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions. Collaborate with stakeholders to select the most suitable suppliers based on technical specifications, quality standards, and cost considerations.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers and vendors. Ensure that contracts are aligned with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Mitigate risks and address commercial terms and conditions to optimize value and minimize costs.
Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and distributors of MRO and electronic components. Communicate effectively with suppliers to address issues, resolve disputes, and improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage supplier capabilities and innovations.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of MRO supplies and electronic components to support production schedules and maintenance activities. Implement inventory control measures, including stock replenishment, cycle counting, and surplus management. Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring availability and reliability.
Cost Analysis and Optimization: Analyze procurement costs, pricing trends, and supplier performance metrics. Identify cost-saving opportunities, value engineering initiatives, and alternative sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction targets and improve profitability.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and documentation. Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management review and audit purposes.
