We are currently seeking a Production Support Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Experience in Lending or trade finance domain is necessary
Experience In Loan IQ Or Trade Innovation Is Preferred
10+ years of experience in Product Support and capable of working as a Shift Lead managing product issues
Experience in deployment tools such as JBoss, Tomcat, Apache
Hands-on experience on ticketing tools (Jira / Freshdesk).
Accountability of shift lead overseeing the support and maintenance of production incidents.
Prioritize workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
Perform product support activities which involve the assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
Provide daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders during incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Create and maintain team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during business hours and on-call periods.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and discuss upcoming tasks.
