Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our interior design projects from initial production to final site execution. You will be the owner of each project, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets our clients expectations.

• Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers and architects to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Manage all aspects of production, including material selection, procurement, and vendor communication.

Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards.

• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations to clients.

• Qualifications:

Being able to speak in Kannada is compulsory

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the interior design or construction field (a plus).

Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficient in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) is compulsory
