Support efficient production workflows and ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols and company policies- Train, guide and communicate with a team of 30 production staff members to assign and schedule personnel, monitor progress and coordinate strategies
Report directly to executives to explain production processes, provide updates on project success and discuss needs for improvement
- Assist management in adhering to monthly and quarterly budgets, achieving financial goals and meeting key performance indicators
Oversee weekly quality control checks through all stages of production to ensure compliance with client expectations and industry regulations
