Production Supervisor

Supervision of Overall Manufacturing of Production Activities

• Key Responsibilities

To carryout production as per production plan, i.e. daily, weekly & monthly basis

• To identify bottleneck of production & shortages required to achieve production target as per plan.

To store & preserve the assembly tools.

• To preserve and maintain the safety stock for machine spares.

To maintain good housekeeping.

• To resolve in-house and customer quality concerns by implementation of corrective & preventive actions.

To co-ordinate with QA, planning & store, regarding Dispatch related activities.

• To co-ordinate with Engineering/QA for validation of process.

To maintain the Quality system related documents & records (SOP,PFC,Set up approval report)

• To plan and provide operator on job training records.

Responsible for updating and maintaining the IMS documents and records (Production & Maintenance)

• Work on kaizen to reduce assembly cycle time & assembly error by adding assembly fixture or by process improvement.

Maintaining the production activities in SAP.

• Competency Requirement

Knowledge of ISO/OHSAS/EMS

• Knowledge of Hydraulic Circuits

Hand on experience on working with SAP

• Ability to work well under Pressure

Knowledge of MS Office , Excel & PPT

• Knowledge of Auto Cad

• Education Qualification

BE in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma In Mechanical Engineering

• Experience

3-5 Yrs in Production Management Assembly/Testing ( Preference for Hydraulic Based Industry )

• Location - *Mahape New Mumbai
