Production Supervisor

• Overview:

Supervise and coordinate tobacco production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Lead a team in achieving production targets while maintaining high product standards.

• Supervision and Leadership:

Lead, supervise, and coordinate activities of production workers engaged in tobacco processing.

• Provide guidance, instruction, and training to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and safely.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Requirements:

Knowledge of production processes and quality control.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Intermediate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures as needed.

Implement measures to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

• Working Conditions:

Fast-paced production environment with exposure to tobacco dust and related manufacturing processes.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as required.
