Production Supervisor - Plastic Recycling

Ecoverva is a new age start-up, which is a part of group with a turnover of over INR 450 Cr annually. The company is based out of New Delhi & has two recycling units, based out of NCR & Chennai. Ecoverva deals with the recycling & collection of material via urban mining & extraction of precious metals from the processed material. We are 100% export-oriented unit with technical tie-ups with companies situated in Japan, EU & USA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Production Process: Oversee the recycling and manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
2. Team Management: Lead, train, and manage production staff, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance.
3. Quality Control: Ensure the end products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and testing.
4. Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine inspections and repairs of machinery and equipment.
5. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensuring all team members comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and downtime incidents.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
8. Inventory Management: Oversee the availability of raw materials and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in recycling or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of plastic recycling processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
