- Resource Allocation: Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Team Leadership and Supervision
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among team members
Quality Control
- Standards Compliance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Inspections and Testing: Oversee regular inspections and testing of products to maintain quality.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management
