• Job Summary:

Morcom Induction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production In-Charge to oversee production activities and manage data related to production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the kitchen appliances industry and will be responsible for maintaining accurate production data in Excel, ensuring up-to-date information on all products, and supporting overall production efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:

Supervise and manage daily production activities.

• Ensure that production targets are met within specified time frames.

Coordinate with the production team to maintain product quality standards.

• Data Management:

Maintain and update production data in Excel.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of production records.

Generate production reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Product Information:

Keep an up-to-date record of all products, including specifications, quantities, and status.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow regarding product availability.

• Quality Control:

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Identify and resolve any issues that may affect product quality or production efficiency.

• Process Improvement:

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.

• Work closely with the production team to optimize workflows and reduce downtime.

• Qualifications:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the kitchen appliances industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Knowledge: Familiarity with production processes and quality control standards in the kitchen appliances industry.

Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to improve production efficiency.
