Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our manufacturing plant in Romania (Europe) to oversee the production process, ensure production goals are met, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure the timely completion of production goals
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply of materials
- Train and mentor production workers to improve productivity and quality
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Fluent in English and Romanian
