Position: Production Supervisor
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Education: Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Mechanical
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring Contractors organizing workflows
2) Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to Contractors
3) Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
4) Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
5) Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
6)The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality and planned quantity
