- Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of production workers on a specific product line.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members on production processes.
- Identify and report any production issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Qualifications:
- Experience in production supervision within the decor or similar industry (3-4 years)
- Strong understanding of production processes for a specific vertical (metal, casting, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
