Production Supervisor cum Machine Maintenance

Role : 1) Involvement in Production process

2) Increase production

3) Achieve Daily, weekly or monthly production targets

4) Monitor production activities

5) Handle Manpower

6) Machine and Boiler Maintenance

Responsibilities and Duties :

1) Create and oversee an employee training schedule to emphasize productivity

2) Evaluate Each station of manufacturing (grading, peeling, packing and cutting) to ensure maximum efficiency

3) Ensure Safety Policies and procedures

4) Inspect and check all the inward material

5) Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently

6) Organizing, Monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals

7) Ensure the finished material be ready before dispatch

8) Prepare reports on performance and progress of daily production.

9) Detect issues related to efficiency and suggest improvement's.

10) Machine Maintenance

11) Boiler Inspection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Production planning: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Mechanical assembly: 1 year (Required)
• ITI Fitter: 1 year (Required)

• Night Shift (Preferred)
