- Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all production goals are met efficiently and on schedule. Team Management:
Assign and oversee daily production tasks to team members, ensuring clear communication and effective execution.Progress Monitoring:
Regularly follow up on team members progress and provide support to address any challenges or delays.Deadline Adherence: Ensure all production tasks and goals are completed on time, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Time Management: Implement and uphold effective time management practices to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
Quality Control:
Monitor production processes to ensure that all products meet our quality standards and address any issues promptly.Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of production progress and report on performance metrics to management. Proven experience in a production supervision role, preferably in the apparel or kids wear industry.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
