Designation:- Fabrication Shop Supervisor

Education:- BE / Diploma Mechanical Engg.

Experience:- 5+ Years

Salary:- upto 5.5LPA

Job location:- Pune (Pirangut)

Responsibilities:

• 3-6 years experience in heavy fabrication shop.
• Must have experience in production, planning & controlling (PPC), crane industry preferable
• Must have good knowledge to work with SAP or ERP
• In-depth knowledge of welding processes.( GMAW, FCAW, SAW, TIG)
• Good knowledge and hands on experience cutting program (Plasma machine)
• Good knowledge in reading of heavy fabrication & machining drawings
• Good knowledge about geometrical tolerance (Welding , Fabrication,& Machining)
• Manpower handling at least team size of 20-30
• Knowledge about material grade and plate thickness
• Must have good communication skill, soft skills, and leadership
• Hands on experience for Lean & 5S system on shop floor
• NDT process knowledge is must

Qualifications:

Technical Qualification:-

NDT Level 1 / Level 2 Preferred
