Job Description
Lead the Rockwell Operating System compliance and improvements for assigned Manufacturing site.
The ROS is an operating system that uses defined standards, best practices, and a living Connected Enterprise with a lean and continuous improvement culture to create value for our customers and shareholders.
It's driven by engaged and empowered associates at all levels who are focused on exceeding customer expectations and improving productivity across the enterprise.
Main activities and responsibilities
Lead the Rockwell Operating System standards compliance and improvements for assigned site.
Lead The Connected Enterprise Maturity levels increment in site under responsibility.
Certify and Recertify as lean & CE leader with an improved Capability and Expertise in Connected Enterprise, Lean and Root Cause Problem Solving to be able to Lead, apply, execute or implement

Value Stream Map
Develop and certify other people as Lean & CE leaders within site. Coaches Lean & CE practitioners in process improvements.
Coach & Mentor across the site to support a cultural transformation anchored in Lean Principles & Ideal Behaviors.
Ensure problem solving strategy is defined and executed across site and certify people in A3 Root Cause Problem Solving.
Drive improvements in the organization in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and People engagement.
Perform tactical activities related with job position.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in operational environments such as manufacturing and supply chain.
Certified Lean Bronze and Get Lean Leader & CE certification during 1st Year of taking the role with proven completion of projects in which solutions were sought at the root level of the problem.
Experience working and leading cross-functional teams and projects.
Strong knowledge of problem solving Thinking, tools, process management. Proven Leadership and Change Management skills. Hands-on Project Management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio) & Share-point.
