Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Manager who is open to take on new challenges and leading the teams transformation.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of highly skilled engineers in area Production Preparation , Fixture designs and Sourcing support.
- Understand and anticipate the requirements from PC teams and ensure a world class manufacturing support as needed from EITC in a proactive manner.
- Assigning the work in your team, providing direction, and removing obstacles to get work done.
- Supporting your team in technical discussions to make the right technical decisions, Drive design reviews with internal and external stake holders.
- Managing resources, developing competence, and recruiting new talents to meet current and future needs.
- Lead continuous improvement activities (process, tools, methods) and fostering innovation.
- Managing interfaces towards other functions to support project deliveries and make daily operation more efficient.
- Delivering project activities on time and according to budget.
- Create awareness and share important technological developments both within and outside the Mining industry for concerned technology areas in your team.
- Actively support management team and contributing to overall team development
- Reporting to the Business Line Manager in a timely and efficient manner
- Complying to company policies and follow company values and business code of practice.
Educational and Work Experience:
- BE / BTech / MS / MTech in Mechanical or Automobile
- Minimum 12-year experience from product/ fixture development/ manufacturing and People management
- Excellent networking & communication skills
- Leadership experience of leading engineering and manufacturing teams
- Agile leadership experience is a merit.
- Good knowledge on structures design and Engineering materials.
- Project management knowledge.
