- To Release Daily, weekly, Monthly Production plan by Identifying and resolving Constraints - Capacity, Resource & Material.
- Daily Coordination with all cross functional team to meet the desired production schedule.
- Translate the monthly S&OP consensus plan by product family to a detailed weekly master production schedule (MPS) with a 12-18 month planning horizon into the ERP for weekly MRP generation
- Need to host S&OP meeting.
- To update Forecast based on output of S&OP meeting.
- Conducts a demonstrated lead-time analysis and measures gap to published lead times. Drives corrective action plan and reviews and updates published lead-times.
- Responsible for releasing Shortages for buyers
- To release Work orders for shop floor production.
- Live update of order Status via system
- Closely work with Customer experience team ( Order management ) for expediting / De expediting resolution.
- Active participation in Gemba, MDI, etc.
- Active participation in ETO weekly meeting schedule, Kick off meetings.
- Data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators such as: delivery performance, backlog.
- Daily Windchill Task approvals ( planning parameter)
- Inventory Management
- Setting & maintaining Finish Goods inventory levels
- Details understandings for Oracle R12 is preferable
B E Mechanical Engieering with 5 to 6 years of experience in PPC, Production planning and control, S&OP.
