Translate the monthly S&OP consensus plan by product family to a detailed weekly master production schedule (MPS) with a 12-18 month planning horizon into the ERP for weekly MRP generation
Need to host S&OP meeting.
To update Forecast based on output of S&OP meeting.
Conducts a demonstrated lead-time analysis and measures gap to published lead times. Drives corrective action plan and reviews and updates published lead-times.
Responsible for releasing Shortages for buyers
To release Work orders for shop floor production.
Live update of order Status via system
Closely work with Customer experience team ( Order management ) for expediting / De expediting resolution.
Active participation in Gemba, MDI, etc.
Active participation in ETO weekly meeting schedule, Kick off meetings.
Data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators such as: delivery performance, backlog.
