Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and overseeing production activities, ensuring timely execution of production schedules.

  • Monitoring and optimizing production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience of 5-8 years in a production role, with a minimum of 2 years in the production department.
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and planning activities related to production and dispatching.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
