Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Food Technology or Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire food production process, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality, efficiency, and hygiene. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing goods from raw materials to finished products, coordinating hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with FSSAI regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management: Plan, execute, and monitor daily production schedules to ensure efficient and timely output.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to meet company standards and ensure food safety.
Hygiene Coordination: Implement and maintain strict hygiene practices across production lines in accordance with FSSAI regulations.
Inventory Management: Oversee the stock levels of raw materials and ensure proper storage, reducing waste and ensuring availability for production needs.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring they follow safety and quality protocols.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all production processes align with FSSAI guidelines and other food safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food production or food technology role.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and FSSAI compliance.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under tight schedules and manage production timelines.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management.
