Production planning & control.- Manpower handling. & Control (Less manpower less cost)
Manpower training.
Parts planning & communicating with vendors & suppliers- Co-ordinating tool maintenance with outside sources & inhouse
Co-ordinating with new product development team & development.
- Maintaining product quality, System implementation & maintaining.
Documentation & records. Packing Material Development & trials
- Work allocation & trouble shooting (Non Technical) (to be report to plant head & coordinate)
Follow up of production & despatches on day to day basis with production enginneers, despatch department, Marketing dept.- Production target setting & completing as per schedule
Day to day reporting & follow up of production qty. With Engineers.
- Rejection Control & reporting on day to day basis
Product quality Maintining- Trouble shooting of machines in co ordination with maintainance & resolve quality issues. (For Technical to be report to plant head & coordinate)
- Qualification - Diploma in Mech/ B.E Mechanical
- Work Location - Alandi , Pune
