Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager at Solar Chemferts Pvt Ltd located in Kalyan. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, optimizing production processes, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase production efficiency and meet company goals.

• Strong knowledge of production processes and systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze and improve production operations

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
