5. Should be convenient with the monthly control reports for production.
6. To ensure high operational efficiency in terms of productivity (Ltrs per INR).
7. Foster a culture of positive motivation which will bring in ownership among the team member.
8. Monthly targets, commitment to service level, commitment to quality & best practices in the industry-are the key para meter which should always adhere to at any coast.
