- Production Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties
Manages and evaluates the production process
Assemble all materials needed for production
Planning, executing and supervising clients, order production, and order pieces to
meet deadlines.
Sourcing and maintaining proactive vendor relationships
Manage every task sourcing fabric, supervising production, conduction quality control
and dealing with clients.
Coordinates activities to the production and operation teams
Understands industry regulations
Keeps up with labour standards
Inspects materials and equipment
Maintains production records
Audit and confirm current bulk production and solve problems that may arise during
the production process
Drive quality standards throughout production stages, including incoming materials to
shipped products
Keeps track of the production targets and allocation of machinery, provides insight if
any machinery is causing any quality defect or under breakdown condition
Evaluate orders and work with other departments to ensure materials are organized on
time for production activities, including coordination between the production line and
cutting department
Resets production plans in case of any material or labour
r deviations considering timely delivery requirements
- Production Manager Job Requirements
2 years of prior production experience
knowledge of manufacturing processes
Strong managerial skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Support the production manager in implementing ME Key initiatives and quality tools
in daily production operations Manage relationship with factory top management (Head of Production & Head of
Quality) with support from Production Team Leader, Senior Production Manager, and
ME team in implementing ME key initiatives and quality tools in daily production
operations
Manage junior team members and contribute considerably to the achievement of team
objectives ensuring that quality is the paramount priority and focus
Make day-to-day decisions within a defined scope with limited support on the
resolution of complex production issues
