Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Sequent Engineering & Controls in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations. The role involves managing production schedules, optimizing processes, and leading a team of production staff to meet production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Production Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality Control
• Experience in managing production schedules and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
