About the Role:

As a Merchandise Manager, you will oversee and manage the sampling and production processes for the designs. You will lead a team of tailors, master cutters, and embroidery specialists to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan the entire production process
• Develop strategies for seamless production
• Reduce costs and create an efficient plan
• Manage and lead a team of merchandisers and workers
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a good relationship with the team and create a good atmosphere for the team
• Motivate and lead the team
• Coordinate with key internal and outsource production vendors
• Source fabrics and maintain inventory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of production experience
• Team worker and leadership capability
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
