Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Production Manager at Pream's fashion max located in Kalyan. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with production planning and inventory management
- Proficiency in using production management software
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes is a plus
