Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager at Pioneer Corporation located in Nasik. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, coordinating with different departments, ensuring quality control, managing the production schedule, and optimizing production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in production management or a related role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
