Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Pegasus located in Noida. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department, including planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes. They will ensure that production runs smoothly, meet production targets, and maintain quality standards. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing the production team and collaborating with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

The candidate must be assisting or heading the production facility of a Printing Press. Non-print background candidates will not be accepted.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
