Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Managing, overlooking, and approving all the aspects of production from start to finish

Processing all orders received from the sales team and the stockists

Managing and processing stock creation for in-store & stockists

Supervising log sheets and all back-end data updates related to Indian/Bridal Garments

Overlooking Coordination with vendors for sourcing & purchasing material

Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for placing purchase orders of raw material

Overlooking generating Codes and maintaining Indian Garment Master catalogs in coordination with Operations

Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports submitted to the management

Hiring, training, and managing the production team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field

8 to 10 years of work experience in Indian Bridal garment Production

In-depth knowledge of production management

Prior experience of working with Karigars

Strong Communication Skills

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Attention to detail
