Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Delhi, India. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring quality control, managing the workforce, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and process optimization
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the agrochemical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Education

Graduation in B.Sc or any other related field.

Post Graduation in M.Sc or any other related field.

Experience

Above 5 years experience in Agro Chemical Production

Salary Package

4.8 lacs to 8.4 lacs per annum
