Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Production Team: Directly manage production staff, including hiring,

    training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to optimize

    resources and meet delivery deadlines.

  • Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality

    standards and specifications.

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure

    adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.

  • Cost Management: Implement cost-saving measures and efficient use of

    resources to minimize production expenses.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess production processes and

    implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety

    regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production staff.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as procurement,

    engineering, and logistics to streamline operations and resolve issues.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key

    metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality.

  • Problem Solving: Address production-related issues in a timely manner and

    implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or

    related field.

    Previous experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in a

    manufacturing environment.

    Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire

    a team.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

    across departments.

    Proficiency in production planning, inventory management software and MS

    Excel..

    Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement

    methodologies is desirable.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 35,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month
