Job Description

  • Bachelors degree or master s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics)
  • 10-12 years of experience in electronics Production
  • Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Production management software.
Responsibilities
  • Create and adhere to production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Continuous monitoring of efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Production process.
  • Develop and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure the internal and external SLA.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of raw materials and components.
  • Mentor and Train supervise the production engineers and production leads on areas of improvement.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives whenever and wherever necessary.
  • Ensure a healthy work environment and culture of adherence to safety protocols.
  • Systematic approach to Troubleshooting and reducing downtime.
  • Monitor and production costs and expenses.
  • Create schedule for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
  • Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
  • Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers regarding stock to ensure production targets are met.
