Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager at INFI WINDOW SYSTEM located in Noida. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations, managing the production team, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production efficiency. They will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing process improvements.

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in Glass window and Door system industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in using production management software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
