As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Production Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring effective production planning, meticulous monitoring of the production process, seamless coordination with vendors, and assembling products to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans in alignment with company objectives and customer demands.
- Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Manage the bill of materials (BOM) and ensure accuracy and availability of required materials.
- Oversee the shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to maintain a steady supply chain and address any issues that arise.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical / Manufacturing / Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production planning, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
