This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager located in Chennai. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and productivity, managing production schedules, and coordinating with different departments to meet production targets. You will also be involved in quality control, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Prior experience in production management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, procedures, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
