Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Heyaru Group located in Jaipur. The Production Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of lab-grown diamonds and advanced materials. Responsibilities will include coordinating with production teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining production standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, materials engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of Chemical Vapour Deposition processes and advanced materials manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or relevant field
