Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Hertz Perfumes & Cosmetics located in Vapi, Daman. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, Line and Floor management, coordinating with creative teams at HO, and ensuring timely production and delivery of products. The role will also involve managing production planning, optimizing operational efficiencies, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, manufacturing, and supply chain operations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to optimize production processes and implement cost-effective solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the cosmetics or fragrance industry is a plus
