Production Manager - Garment Industry (Client-Facing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our garment production process while also serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the production process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Coordinate with design, sampling, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production flow.

- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and client expectations.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

- Analyze production data to optimize workflows and inform business decisions.

- Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in garment production management

- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and techniques

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

- Ability to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with client relationship management (CRM)

- Knowledge of sustainability and ethical practices in the garment industry

- Certification in production management or a related field
