Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager in the manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders and power packs at AFFCIL HYDRAULICS. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, manufacturing processes, and quality control and assembly
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
