Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely project completion.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and timelines.

Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in project scope or unforeseen delays.

• Resource Management:

Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal productivity.

• Track and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies.

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective procurement of materials.

• Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure projects meet company and industry standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

• Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead production teams, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.

• Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Communication and Reporting:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders regarding project status and updates.

• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the production process.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

• In-depth knowledge of production management, construction processes, and project management principles.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
